The General Meeting of the Members took place on the 26th May 2011, making the staff of the new Board of Directors official. The new Board includes: Antonio Brotini, (appointed by the Region of Tuscany), Leonardo Sorelli (Florence Municipality), Fabrizio Monsani (Province of Florence), Nico Gronchi (Chamber of Commerce of Florence), Riccardo Marini (jointly appointed by the Chamber of Commerce and the Prato Municipality), Salvatore De Lio (Bank of Monte dei Paschi di Siena) and Mauro Fancelli (economic  categories).

As for the statutory auditors,  Alessia Bastiani (presented by the Chamber of Commerce of Florence) was elected President,  along with Sergio Zanetti (appointed by the Region of Tuscany) and Stefano Pozzoli (designated by the Province of Florence).

The outgoing President, Carlo Bossi, wished a successful working year to the new board, expressing his satisfaction for being able to balance the budget in 2010.
