The 12th edition EXMEETEX (Excellence Meets Excellence) will take place at Palazzo degli Affari from the 23rd to the 25th February 2012, organised by the Economic Promotion Agency of Tuscany. Three entire days will be devoted to trade & promotional meetings between the best suppliers and buyers from the MICE industry, including a totally new Workshop, structured to encourage meetings between buyers - selected international promoters and organizers of corporate, medical-scientific, academic and entertainment events - and suppliers - the most exclusive destinations and locations. 

The new and interesting feature of this event will be the so-called ‘no-risk’ formula, created by the Officina del Turismo (Tourism Factory), in which the actual subjects of the workshop will no longer be buyers but the ‘events in progress’.The Florence edition is strategically relevant since it is organised at the beginning of the year, when the majority of buyers are planning their annual schedule. In addition to  traditional buyers from the European markets, buyers from emerging countries will also participate, with their planning and their concrete interest in Mediterranean destinations.
